Craig Toungate and Susan Lincoln
Susan Lincoln is a singer, teacher, healer, and evocateur. For over 25 years, Susan, has been a workshop facilitator, as well as a voice teacher to professionals and non-professionals alike. A classically trained singer, her passion and studies have led her into sound and vibrational healing. She is founder of Hilde Girls, innovative spirituality circles for women. Her relationship with Hildegard began in 1981 and exploded in 1999 when she sang Hildegard's songs in the chapel of the Abbey of St. Hildegard in Eibingen, Germany. "It was as if Hildegard herself came into my heart and voice. I was trembling, my knees were buckling, and I had the experience of being sung." Immediately following this profound experience, she returned to the US and began sharing this with other women. She leads retreats throughout the US and Europe, including Holland & Germany in 2004, and a Black Madonna Quest in Southern France in 2005. While you may never have heard of Craig Toungate, chances are good that you have heard his voice singing in national commercials for Nissan, Southwest Airlines, Applebee’s and others. Or maybe from children’s recordings, as Craig has been a featured singer on 23 recordings released by Disney since 1997, singing everything from character voices to Rock n’ Roll, and even a rap song as the Big Bad Wolf. Craig is a featured artist on the Jungle Book 2 Soundtrack, and also on the Grammy nominated Bugs Life Sing-a-Long, with a new arrangement of a song that was first recorded in the 1960’s by his cousin, Burl Ives. Producer Gary Powell, who has over 100 Disney projects to his credit says, ”Craig is hands down the most versatile singer I’ve ever worked with.” Craig has performed all over the United States, and has toured Europe. He has shared album credits with Randy Newman, Ray Benson, Smash Mouth, and John Goodman. During his 30 year professional music career Craig has shared the stage with many top names in the business including Chuck Berry, Lyle Lovett, Natalie Cole, The Temptations, The Drifters, The Coasters, Mitch Ryder, The Dixie Cups, Nancy Griffith, Rich Little, Judy Tenuta, Kate Wolf, Joe Ely, Stevie Ray Vaughan, Marcia Ball, Roy Head, Floyd Tillman and many other notables. His interest in the music of other cultures led him to study the healing aspects of sound, vibration and music.

Together, Susan and Craig are on the staff of the Journey School, a mystery school based in New Orleans, La., where they lead people in sound and movement. As a duo in Concert, they play contemporary folk songs, rediscovered gems from the past, and original music. They have performed their music in collaboration on stage with several well known spiritual teachers including Gregg Braden, Jacquelyn Small, Brad Keeney, Caroline Myss, Mary Beth Rogers, and Brooke Medicine Eagle.

Susan and Craig are dedicated to assisting people in the experience of life as a creative journey to Spirit.
